At LRM Creations, we take great care in creating, selecting and packaging our products, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing your order.
Change of Mind
Please choose your items carefully, as LRM Creations does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
This includes situations where you:
- decide you no longer want or need the item;
- choose the wrong product, colour, style or variation;
- find the item cheaper elsewhere; or
- simply change your mind after purchasing.
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, photographs, sizes, variations and other product information before completing your purchase.
Handmade Products
Many LRM Creations products are individually handmade. As a result, slight variations in colour, pattern, placement, texture or finish may occur between individual items.
Natural materials such as timber, crystals and gemstones can also have their own unique variations.
These natural and handmade characteristics are part of what makes each creation unique and are not necessarily considered faults.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- your name and order number;
- a description of the issue; and
- clear photographs of the item and, where relevant, its packaging.
We'll review the issue and contact you regarding the appropriate next steps.
Items Damaged in Transit
We carefully package orders to help protect them during delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it and provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging so we can assess what has happened and assist you.
Please keep the product and its original packaging while your enquiry is being reviewed.
