Australia-Wide Shipping
Shipping is available within Australia on eligible products. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping service and destination.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available to eligible addresses within our local delivery area. If your address qualifies, the local delivery option will appear at checkout.
Some larger or more fragile LRM Creations products may be available by local delivery or pickup only rather than standard shipping. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated in the product description.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for eligible orders at no additional charge.
Once your order is ready for collection, we'll let you know. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect it.
Pickup-Only Items
Some of our larger, heavier or more delicate handmade pieces are not available for postage and are offered for local pickup or free local delivery where applicable.
Products with these restrictions will be clearly marked in their product description so you'll know before reaching checkout.
Processing Times
As many LRM Creations products are handmade, please allow time for us to carefully prepare and package your order.
We will endeavour to ship your items within 5 business days from date of ordering.
