Are your products handmade?
Yes! LRM Creations specialises in beautifully handmade and thoughtfully crafted products, including bath & body products, timber gifts, crystal jewellery, kids jewellery, bag charms, keyrings and gift hampers.
As many of our items are handmade, slight variations in colour, pattern, finish or appearance may occur. These little differences are part of what makes handmade products unique.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, Australia-wide shipping is available on eligible products.
Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Some larger, heavier or more fragile products are not suitable for postage and may be available for local pickup or local delivery only. This will be clearly stated in the individual product description.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available for eligible orders at no additional charge.
Once your order is ready, you'll receive confirmation that it is available for collection. Please wait until you receive this notification before coming to collect your order.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes. Free local delivery is available to eligible addresses within our local delivery area.
If your address qualifies for local delivery, the option will appear at checkout.
Why can't I choose shipping for some products?
Some of our handmade products may be too large, heavy, fragile or unsuitable to safely send through standard postage.
These items will be clearly marked as Pickup Only or Local Pickup / Local Delivery Only in the product description.
How long will my order take to prepare?
As many LRM Creations products are handmade, orders are carefully prepared and packaged before they're ready for collection, delivery or shipping.
We will endeavour to ship your items within 5 business days from date of ordering.
Will my handmade item look exactly like the photograph?
We do our best to represent our products accurately in our photographs. However, because many of our products are handmade and natural materials may be used, there can be slight variations between individual pieces.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Are the crystals in your jewellery genuine?
Where a product is described as containing a particular genuine crystal or gemstone, the materials used will be specified in the individual product description.
Because crystals and gemstones are natural materials, variations in colour, pattern and appearance are normal and make each piece unique.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To help keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, chemicals and excessive moisture.
Store your jewellery in a clean, dry place when it isn't being worn and handle delicate charms, crystals and components with care.
